Meet Your Speakers:
Kelsey Cobbe of Elderberry Mothercare
Kelsey brings warmth, clarity, and a deeply supportive lens to the menstrual cycle — helping women understand that their hormones are not the enemy.
Her expertise will help you to reframe the narrative around the “hard” or “bad” parts of cycling and show you how to live more in rhythm with your body’s natural seasons.
Kelsey will guide you to:
Understand the phases of your monthly cycle in a simple, grounded, shame-free way
Explore how your energy, creativity, and emotions naturally ebb and flow
Learn how to work with your cycle instead of pushing against it
If you’re cycling, you’ll walk away with more self-compassion, more language for what you feel, and small, doable ways to honour your capacity.
Coach Kylye Ann Ralston
Kylye brings honesty, insight, and relief to the often misunderstood seasons of perimenopause and menopause — shifting the narrative from “something to survive” to “an important life journey to understand, support, and maybe even cherish.”
She helps women make sense of what’s happening in their bodies and offers tools, perspective, and community for this transformative chapter.
Kylye will invite you to:
Talk openly about what perimenopause and menopause can really feel like
Explore supportive, natural ways to care for your hormones, nervous system, and daily life during this time
Understand that you’re not “losing it” — you’re moving through a season
Connect with women who get it, and who are navigating similar shifts
If you’re in menopause or approaching it, you’ll leave feeling less alone, more seen, and more resourced for the road ahead — with a deeper appreciation for the beauty and wisdom of this phase. If you’re still cycling, you’ll walk away with a rare window into a season you haven’t yet lived — one that will deepen your empathy, expand your understanding, and soften the path for your future self.
*Please Note:During this event we will not be discussing medical therapies

Who is this event for?
This table is waiting your you if:
You’re cycling, peri-menopausal, or post-menopausal
You want to feel less like you’re “fighting” yourself and more like you’re working with your body’s natural rhythms
You’ve been craving real-life, in-person connection with other women
You’re raising daughters and want to equip them with the knowledge you never had
You’re ready for clarity, relief, and compassion
You’re ready for a night out that feels meaningful, grounding, and a little bit magical
These conversations belong to all women.
We originally planned to host two separate nights (“Cyclical Living” and “The Next Phase”), but it quickly became clear that these conversations belong together. Women of every age and stage have so much to learn from one another.
We all want to understand our own bodies better, and we’re also craving a return to the village — deeper connection, intergenerational support, and shared wisdom. Bringing everyone into the same room allows cycling women to understand the transition into menopause, and menopausal women to share wisdom and reconnect with compassion for those still cycling.
We’re intentionally creating an intergenerational space—one where the wisdom, stories, and presence of women of all ages can sit together and strengthen the threads between us.
Meet you at the table….
