Women & Money
Fullest Table No.5
Photos by From Jens Lens
Held over two intimate evenings at Hello Toast, Women & Money invited guests into a tender and often unspoken conversation—our relationship with money.
Together, we explored the stories we’ve inherited, the weight we carry, and the possibility of rewriting our financial narratives with more compassion and clarity. A nourishing three-course meal by chef Mack Isaak and handcrafted drinks from Sagebrush Sips set the tone for meaningful dialogue and deep connection. Speakers Kayla Brazier, Stacey Owen, and Tianda Ford offered somatic, intuitive, and practical tools for approaching money with more ease and self-trust.
This wasn’t about perfecting. It was about returning—to clarity, to choice, and to a relationship with money that feels honest and our own.

Women talking about Death {over dinner}
Fullest Table No.4
Photos by From Jens Lens
In a world that often shies away from difficult conversations, Death Over Dinner invited guests to gather, break bread, and speak the unspeakable. This evening was an invitation to lean gently into the discomfort of mortality, held in a space of warmth, curiosity, and care.
Guiding the conversation was Emily Bootle, founder of DeathCare BC, whose work in grief navigation, legacy, funeral pre-planning and compassionate deathcare has helped many find clarity and peace in life’s most tender transitions.
Chef Mack Isaak’s exquisite three-course meal, paired with thoughtfully curated BC wines and handcrafted cocktails served by Sagebrush Sips, was inspired by comfort food — but with an elevated, fine dining flair.
Through shared stories, deep reflection, and the simple act of gathering around the table, guests discovered that talking about death is, in fact, a way to more fully embrace life.

Our highly anticipated encore Supper Club for the winter season celebrated the many facets of desire. After a presentation by Brina Braun of Bare by Brina Studios and words from Fullest Table founder, Kayla Brazier, guests connected over conversational themes such as ego, authenticity, repression, money, and pleasure - among an endless variety of others. A decadent, french inspired menu by chef Mack Isaak accompanied local wines. The evening buzzed with an energy of indulgence, inspiration, and an anticipation for the coming spring season.

Our first gathering as the Fullest table community took place in the historic Commodore building in downtown Kamloops. Guests were inspired by words of wisdom from community leaders and entrepreneurs Leilani Reid and Kyla Erlandson, and nourished by a gluten & dairy-free, Moroccan inspired menu by Jessica Lavelle of Gingerly Nourished. We discussed the ever-important theme of cultivating self-worth as the most foundational work in the journey to the fullest life.
