Meet Your Speaker - Sarah Wildeman
Leadership & Relationship Dynamics Coach, Founder of Our Common
Sarah Wildeman is a leadership and relationship dynamics coach, community builder, and long-time student of how humans actually thrive together.
With years of experienced intentional community living, and decades of experience leading women’s circles and retreats, she brings clarity, warmth, and grounded insight to conversations about belonging, trust, and shared care.
In 2025, she delivered a TEDx talk titled From Independence to Interdependence: Why We Need to Reweave the Village (watch it here), combining lived experience with systems thinking to explore what modern community is missing—and what it’s ready to become.
Sarah’s presence is steady, warm, and quietly powerful—the kind that makes people feel both held and inspired to grow.
At The Table We’ll Explore

How to deepen relationships without burning yourself out
How to cultivate more shared care and joy in your real, everyday life
This isn’t about collecting contacts.
It’s about remembering how to belong — without losing yourself.
