Night One — February 6

Cyclical Living with Kelsey Cobbe of Elderberry Mothercare
For women who are cycling and want to live more in rhythm with their body’s natural seasons.

A night to:

  • Understand your monthly “inner seasons” in a simple, supportive way

  • Explore how your energy, creativity, and emotions naturally ebb and flow

  • Learn how to work with your cycle instead of pushing against it

  • Share space with other women who are asking similar questions

You’ll walk away with more self-compassion, more language for what you feel, and small, doable ways to honour your capacity.

Night Two — February 7

The Next Phase with Coach Kylye Ann Ralston
For women in perimenopause or menopause who want clarity, relief, and community as they navigate their next chapter.

A night to:

  • Talk honestly about what this transition can feel like

  • Explore supportive ways to care for your body, mind, and nervous system

  • Be reminded that you’re not “losing it” — you’re moving through a season

  • Connect with other women who get it, and who are walking a similar path

You’ll leave feeling less alone, more seen, and more resourced for the road ahead.

At Fullest Table, we create nights that feel a deep exhale:
beautifully set tables, thoughtful food, and conversations that remind you you’re not doing life alone.

As the new year draws closer, we’ve been listening as our community has been asking for something specific:
real, grounded conversations about women’s “inner seasons” — from monthly cycles to perimenopause and beyond — and how we can keep living, loving, working, and contributing to our communities as our hormones (and lives) shift.

So — we built a series that holds exactly that, in classic Fullest Table fashion.
Not a medical seminar. Not a lecture.
Just women gathered around the table, exploring what it means to honour who we are in every season.

What to Expect (Fullest Table Essence)

These nights might be “about hormones” on the surface…
but at their core, they’re about how we live:

  • How we stay kind to ourselves when our capacity shifts

  • How we build sustainable lives that respect our seasons

  • How we keep showing up as friends, partners, mothers, business owners, and community members without burning out

  • How we root ourselves in belonging, even as our inner landscape changes

Who are these events for?

This table is waiting your you if:

  • You’re curious about your body’s rhythms and want to understand them without shame or overwhelm

  • You want to feel less like you’re “fighting” yourself and more like you’re working with your natural seasons

  • You’ve been craving real-life, in-person connection with other women

  • You love the idea of a supper club that feeds both your body and your inner life

  • You’re ready for a night out that feels meaningful, grounding, and a little bit magical

You don’t need to know anything about hormones to come.
You just need to come as you are.

Anticipate:

  • A beautifully styled, welcoming space

  • A nervous-system-centered approach to the evening

  • A guided talk from our guest speaker, with time for reflection and connection

  • Good food, good company, and the kind of conversations that linger long

    after you get home
