Women & Community

A Spring Gathering for Women Who Are Ready to Reweave the Village

An intimate evening exploring what reciprocal, life-giving community really looks like—and how to cultivate it in a modern world that often pulls us apart.

APRIL 11th, 2026 | The Cellar at Privato Winery

THE HEART OF THE GATHERING

We talk about community all the time, yet many of us feel its absence.

Not because we’re doing something wrong, but because modern life makes connection harder than it looks.

Comparison keeps us careful.
Social media offers the illusion of closeness.
Anxiety and overwhelm make showing up feel like work.
Busyness pulls us in too many directions at once.

Over time, community can start to feel awkward, performative, or simply exhausting—
even when what we’re really longing for is ease and belonging.

Women & Community is not a panel or a workshop—it’s a Fullest table signature Supper Club & Speakers series. In other words, a carefully curated, spacious, immersive dining experience. One that brings women together, sets the tone for juicy, satisfying conversation, and creates the kind of connection we are all craving.

It’s the kind of gathering that reminds you why community matters in the first place.

Who is this event for?

This table is waiting for you if:

  • You’re craving deeper, more reciprocal relationships

  • You feel the ache for community—but don’t want forced closeness or burnout

  • You value beauty, thoughtfulness, and intentional spaces

  • You’re curious about how we rebuild the village in modern life

  • You want conversation that’s meaningful, real, and exciting

At Fullest table, we invite the shift beyond surface-level mingling & performative connection. We invite you into an intentional gathering — where walls come down, lasting friendships are built, and  joy overflows.

What to Expect

If you’ve been to a Fullest Table gathering before, you already know — this is never just a dinner.

It’s the long table energy.
The feeling of being welcomed in.
The way conversation deepens naturally.

  • Our signature Fullest Table experience — the much loved Supper Club & Speakers series format is girls night out meets workshop meets fine dining .

  • A room that feels alive — thoughtful women, shared curiosity, and the ease that comes when you know you’re in the right place.

  • The best meal Kamloops has to offer — and we have the reviews to prove it! Three gourmet, seasonal courses crafted by Chef Mack Isaak & his team that will leave you feeling nourished & indulged.

  • Conversation that actually goes somewhere — guided just enough to open things up, spacious enough to let it unfold naturally.

  • An atmosphere designed for connection — design-forward, grounding, and quietly magnetic.

This is the kind of evening where people linger, exchange knowing looks, and leave already talking about the next one.

Meet Your Speaker

Sarah Wildeman

Leadership & Relationship Dynamics Coach Founder of Our Common

Sarah Wildeman is a leadership and relationship dynamics coach, community builder, and long-time student of how humans actually thrive together.

With years of experienced intentional community living, and decades of experience leading women’s circles and retreats, she brings clarity, warmth, and grounded insight to conversations about belonging, trust, and shared care.

In 2025, she delivered a TEDx talk titled From Independence to Interdependence: Why We Need to Reweave the Village (watch it here), combining lived experience with systems thinking to explore what modern community is missing—and what it’s ready to become.

Sarah’s presence is steady, warm, and quietly powerful—the kind that makes people feel both held and inspired to grow.

At the table we’ll explore:

  • What reciprocal community actually looks and feels like (not the idealized version)

  • How to find community that aligns with who you are now

  • How to strengthen and deepen relationships without burning yourself out

  • How to experience more joy, nourishment, and shared care in the communities you’re already part of

This is not about “networking.”
It’s about remembering how to belong—without losing yourself.

YOU’LL LEAVE WITH

• The buzz of joy that comes from true connection
• Fresh ways of relating that feel mutual, nourishing, and sustainable
• A renewed sense of possibility—and a quiet excitement about what’s next

• Nourishment and the sensation of being pampered and loved on by our co-host team

Why a waitlist?

Joining the waitlist means you receive early access before public ticket sales.

We keep our gatherings intentionally intimate, and many Fullest Table gatherings fill from the waitlist alone.

Community doesn’t begin when the room fills.
It begins when we choose to show up.

If this gathering is stirring something in you—we invite you to trust that.

See you at the table.
